She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Pettyjohn and Annie Pettyjohn; and her siblings, Betty Rhodes and Bobby Pettyjohn. She is survived by: her husband Jack Collins; her children, Tonya Keys, Jennifer Davis, Jody Pettyjohn, Roy Pettyjohn, Randy Collins, Jeffrey Harris, Dominic Franks and David Norris; and her brother Johnny Pettyjohn. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.
