We are sad to announce that on July 24, 2023, at the age of 70, Billie Bester Brownlee (Fort Worth, Texas), born in Perryton, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Brownlee and Sammie Brownlee; her sister Topsy Ann Spellman; and her niece Sally Rhea Salmon. She is survived by: her husband John Ebner; her sisters, Nan Presson (Bill) and Patty Brownlee; and her siblings' children, Terri Farabee (David), Topsy Wright (Mark), Janey Spellman (Terry King) and Bill Spellman.
