He is survived by : his mother Susanna Windham; his stepfather Paul Windham; his father Raymond Trussell; his stepmother Donna Trussell; his children, Blake and Remy Trussell; the mother of his children Misty Trussell; his sister Jennifer Kleinschmidt (David); his niece Elizabeth; his nephew Austin; and his grandparents, Virginia, Fred Banks and JoAnn Trussell. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, great-aunts and uncles; cousins.
