He was predeceased by : his parents, King Flanigan and Virginia Flanigan (late Wanda Flanigan). He is survived by : his wife JoAnn Flanigan; his children, Mark Flanigan Sr. (Susan), Mike Flanigan (late Carol) and Carla Osborne; his pet Emma; and his children, Karen Overstreet (Mike), Thomas Settles (Karen) and Teri Settles. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 9th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Evans Funeral Home (741 Center St, Milford, OH 45150). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 9th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the same location.
