She is survived by : her husband Levi Baez; and her children, Wesley Lake, Timothy Lake, David Burton and Sherry Baez.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the East Greenwood Cemetery (913 N Elm St, Weatherford, TX 76086). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
