It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles Bennett Russey (Fort Worth, Texas), who passed away on July 13, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Loffland Russey; and his sisters, Marilyn Latting and Elaine Whitney. He is survived by: his friend Joan Loffland; his brothers, Terry Russey of Pebble Beach, CA and Bob Russey of Fort Worth, TX.; and also, Sandra Tanner, Robbi Russey-Goldstein, Charla Russey, Dr. Charles Russey (Joe) and Disneyland. He is also survived by his four children; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Funeral Greenwood's Live Oak Chapel (3100 White Settlement Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76107). A burial will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Greenwood Memorial Park (3100 White Settlement Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76107). A reception will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM at the Funeral Greenwood's Live Oak Chapel (3100 White Settlement Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76107).
