He is survived by : his parents, David Hulick and Nancy Hulick; his wife Melissa Hulick; his daughters, Tiana, Kaydence, Gabriella and Dallas; his stepparents, Marvin Mackie and Wendy Hulick; his brother Wesley; his sister-in-law Nicole Hulick; and his sister Karlie Summerson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
