He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Vaden Lewis Sr. and Lillie Wartzick; and his brother Lowell. He is survived by: his wife Olivia; his sons, Keith (Mary Lewis) of Keller and Vaden Todd (Rachel Stas Lewis) of Fort Worth; his grandchildren, Kyle Wayne, Matthew Reid and Ruby Faye; and his great grandchildren, Wyatt James and Leona Clare.

Visitation was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Formerly Connell Baptist Church (4736 Bryce Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76107). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Greenwood Memorial Park (3100 White Settlement Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76107).
