Faulk of Brooklyn, NY; her grandchildren, Malaika Kashaka, Ronald Kashaka (Tx), Thomas Jr. Mitchell (NC) of Makeda Kashaka, N. Y and Tyrell Mitchell (Texas); and her nephew Roy Frink. She is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces.
