He was predeceased by: his parents, Erwin Sagebiel and Esther Mohr Sagebiel; and his brothers-in-law, Kenneth Lochte and Bill Burt. He is survived by: his wife Donna Martin Sagebiel; his children, Richard (Nancy Sagebiel), Jason (Anna Sagebiel), Rev. Jennifer Gold (Chris) and Dr. Kayla Sweet (Michael); his grandchildren, Daniel, Grace, Hannah, Rayann Sagebiel, Wyatt, Wayde Sagebiel, Zachary, Zane Gold, Kyle and Matthew Sweet; and his siblings, Roselee Lochte, Kenneth, Barbara Sagebiel and Nathan Sagebiel. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and other loving family members and friends.
Consideration of contributions to Trinity Lutheran Church of Fort Worth, the American Diabetes Association or to a charity of choice, in Gordon's memory, is suggested.
