She was predeceased by: her parents, Janie Blunt and Alice Johnson. She is survived by: her sons, Elroy and Jessie; her grandsons, Ernest Anderson and Xzavier Jackson; her friend Carl Cornelius Jr.; and her children, Frank McGilvery, Edsel McGilvery, Elder Alvin McGilvery, Dr. Earnestine McGilvery-Goldsby, Ida Smith and Dr. Junliah McGilvery. She is also survived by 33 grandchildren, 77 great grandchildren, 27 great great grandchildren, 4 great great great grandchildren, and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
