He is survived by : his wife Teresa Burciaga; his children, Jesus Burciaga Jr., Juan Carlos Burciaga, Abraham Burciaga, Jose Burciaga, Sylvia Harris and Blanca Thompson; and his grandchildren, Victoria Narezo, Dalton Harris, Presley Harris, Joaquin Burciaga, Giselle Burciaga, Dylan Burciaga, Ayden Burciaga, Kingsley Burciaga, Lincoln Burciaga and Camila Burciaga.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 6th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Carrillo Funeral Home - North Fort (2301 Ephriham Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76164). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 6th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
