He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Monroe Kilpatrick and Aro Kilpatrick; his son Jimmy J. Kilpatrick, Jr.; and his grandchildren, Jan Reece (Marshall) and Kimberly Terrell (Michael). He was also cherished by five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
