She was predeceased by: her parents, John Borsberry and Grace Borsberry; and her husband Bobby Ray Lewis. She is survived by: her sons, Marshall (Jayne) of Benbrook, Mark (Traci) of Dennis and Martin (Trina) of Plainview; her sisters, Beverly Domeniconi of San Francisco, Rachel Beck (Jack) of Spirit Lake and Glo Scott; and her brother-in-law Tyler. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.

Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Joan's name to Union Gospel Mission of Tarrant County.
