He is survived by : his sons, Joey Gomez and John Chavarria; his grandchildren, Jeremiah Gomez, Kaitlyn Chavarria, Sofia Chavarria and Olivia Chavarria; and his siblings, Vincent Gomez, Alicia Sauceda, Pat Lopez and Lenora Perez. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
