It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maria Olga Alegria (Fort Worth, Texas), who passed away on October 12, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonel Ramos and Maria Ramos; her husband Jose N. Alegria; her daughter Maria I. Alegria; her great grandchild Jasmine Salinas; and her siblings, Bertha Ramos, Adan Ramos, Leonel Ramos and George Ramos.
She is survived by: her children, Jose Alegria Jr., Rosa Arias and Juan Alegria; and her daughter-in-law Sonia Alegria (Jamie Alegria). She is also survived by her children, her family grew to include eight grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Greenwood Funeral Home (3344 White Settlement Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76107). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Funeral Greenwood's Live Oak Chapel (3100 White Settlement Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76107).
