She was predeceased by: her parents, Lupita and Guadalupe; and her siblings, Julia and Tomas. She is survived by: her husband Clete; her children, John Stephen and Suzie; and her sisters, Olga, Estela and Frances.

The family is requesting a Donation to St Jude's Research Hospital in Memphis Tennessee, in lieu of flowers.
