She was predeceased by: her husband Calvin Stewart; her parents, Charley Slaughter and Myrtle Harris; her stepfather Harris; and her sister Sharon Rischer.
She is survived by: her former spouse Glen Mitchell; her children, Glen Mitchell Jr. (Erica) and Tyger Mitchell; her grandchildren, Arianna Mitchell, Glen Erick Mitchell, Carlette Mitchell, Amiyah Mitchell, Glen Mitchell III, Dzhuan Tryon, Iadanion Gay and Jon Jennings; and her siblings, Charles Martin (Mary), Melvin Miller (Alice), Gloria Wright, Darlene McCullough, Robert Lynn Harris, Jane Harris and Albert Harris Jr. (Shamora).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Martin Thompson & Son Chapel (6009 Wedgwood Dr, Fort Worth, TX 76133). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Thompson & Son Chapel (6009 Wedgwood Dr, Fort Worth, TX 76133).
