She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Charles and Hortencia Monreal Lugo Charles; her husband John Edward McDonnell; and her sister Marilyn Charles. She is survived by: her children, Rafael McDonnell (Shannon Elliott), Leticia Dawn "Letty" Hill (Andrew Hill) and Andres Estevan "Andy" McDonnell; her grandchildren, Annabelle, Emily, Sara, Josh and Kim; her grandson-in-law Martin; her great grandchild Levi; and her sister-in-law Kitty Smith.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Robertson-Muller- Harper Funeral Directors (1500 8th Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76104). A rosary was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Andrew's Catholic Church (3312 Dryden Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76109). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
