Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Patricia Ann leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Walczak and Mary Margaret Walczak (Ernst). She is survived by: her grandchildren, Aubrey, Kapler and Keaton; her husband Ronald Hyziewicz; her children, Julie Hyziewicz (Tim) of Boulder, Tami Watson (Dale) of Fort Worth, Stacy Ridder (Eric) of Fort Worth and Gregory Hyziewicz (Beth) of Erie; and her sister Kathy Stull (Bob). She is also survived by niece and nephew; and her three beloved grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Shriners Hospital of Erie and Operation Smile, honoring Patty's lifelong commitment to caring for others.
