He was predeceased by : his parents, Pedro Herrera Sr. and Juanita P. Herrera; and his brother Eddie Herrera. He is survived by : his wife Anna Marie Garcia; the mother of his children Anna Marie Garcia; his children, Lisa Monique Herrera (Semisi Kasitati) of Euless, TX and Pedro Herrera III (Shea Dersham) of Fort Worth, TX; his sister Lenora Herrera (Barbara Jean) of Weatherford, TX; his grandchildren, Analuseni Juanita Tualau, Nicolas Maxiemilio Tualau, Kalli Leilani Nicole Tualau, Aryana Isabel Herrera and Alyssa Marie Herrera; and his great grandchildren, Ka'iliana Amilia Barron and Ivy Delilah Herrera Bui.
