She was predeceased by: her mother Goldie; her husband Emil D'Acosta; and her brother Marshall Johnson. She is survived by: her children, David D'Acosta, Peter D'Acosta (Vicki), Chris D'Acosta (Elisa) and Linda Costanzo (Charles); her grandchildren, Amy Davis (John), Jason Costanzo (Nicole), Carrie Loper (Lesley), Tyson D'Acosta (Alli), Miranda Timmons (Kevin), Christopher D'Acosta and Daniel D'Acosta; and her great grandchildren, Meredith Davis, Madeline Loper, Ty Loper, Nolan D'Acosta and Emersyn Timmons. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
