She was predeceased by : her parents, Jewel Harvey and Lois Harvey; her husband Ronald L. Lewis; and her sons, Larry Chamberlain and Terry Dawson.

She is survived by : her children, Peggy Cross (Ray), Ronald Chamberlain (Carrie), Robert Dawson (Pam) and Lonnie Lewis; and her brother Ronald B. Harvey. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
