He is survived by : his parents, Randall Lee Hatley, Sr. and Elizabeth Lopez Hatley; his sister Melissa Warren (Sam); his nieces, Madison and Samantha; and his brother Zachary Hatley. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and special family friends.

In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in his honor to the EMSISD Education Foundation for the Randall Hatley, Jr., Memorial scholarship. Donations may be made to: c/o Ally Surface, EMS Education Foundation.
