He was predeceased by: his parents, Silverio Reyes and Margarita Reyes (Medina); his wife Rosie Reyes; his daughter Rebecca Herrera Reyes; and his siblings, Jimmy Reyes, Gilbert Reyes, Mary Bravo, Margie Martinez and Beatrice Johnson.
He is survived by: his siblings, Josie Tafoya and Roy Reyes; his children, Eric Reyes (Diana), Gilbert Reyes, Margie Torres (Richard), Cynthia Zamaripa (Vincent), Linda Reyes-Hart (Mary), Carol Phillips (Joseph) and Robert Reyes, Jr. (JoEllen); his grandchildren, Joey Robison, Olivia Reyes, Rebecca Reyes, Tori Phillips, Kathy Phillips, Richard Reyes, Eric Anthony Reyes, Michael Reyes, David Reyes, Brian Garcia, John Robert Torres, Raul Torres, Ryan Torres, Christian Zamaripa, Matthew Zamaripa and William Zamaripa; and his great grandchildren, Calista Reyes, Naomi Garcia, Ezra Zamaripa, Elijah Zamaripa, Ian Zamaripa and Aaron Zamaripa.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Greenwood's Live Oak Chapel (3100 White Settlement Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76107). A rosary was held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St Mary's Catholic Church (509 W Magnolia Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76104). A burial will be held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at the Mount Olivet Cemetery (2301 N Sylvania Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76111).
