He is survived by: his wife Diana Marie Westervelt; his sons, Ronald Kent Westervelt, Jr. (Trish) of Pasadena and William Michael Westervelt of Miami, FL; his grandchildren, Ronald Kent Westervelt, III of Pasadena and Conner Jacob Westervelt of Essex; and his sister Carol Smulian (Paul). He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
