We are sad to announce that on May 16, 2024, Russell Emmett Brown of Fort Worth, Texas, born in Jacksonville, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Brown and Viola May Brown; his wife Lorraine Brown; and his sister Jeanette McCraney. He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl Schreiner (Mark) and Brenda Crotts (Mark Brouillette); his grandchildren, John Paul Schreiner (Joy), Jennifer Ludlow (Michael), Jessica Eldridge (Michael), Christol Leon (Chris), Melanie Morgan (Lance) and Michele Crotts (Phillip Courtney); and his great grandchildren, Jaxen Ludlow, Tucker Ludlow, Kyndal Ludlow, Quinn Schreiner, Blair Schreiner, Adam Morgan, Abigail Morgan, Kellen Leon and Kaleigh Leon.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in his honor to the Wounded Warrior Project (http://www.woundedwarriorproject.org) or Scottish Rite for Children (http://www.scottishriteforchildren.org).
