She was predeceased by: her husband Doyle; her parents, Ulner Blanche and Jim Miller; and her daughter Candace Swagerty. She is survived by: her children, Neil Smith II and Roxanna Smith; and her sister Peggy Odom. She is also survived by six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three step-children; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
