She was predeceased by : her parents, John Henry and Lottie Coker (Hawthorne); her husband Marshall Ellis; her son Dr. Grady Ellis; her siblings, T. J. Coker and Evelyn Spiva; her granddaughter Taryn Evans; and her children-in-law, John Sheehan and Linda Kay.
She is survived by : her children, Joe Ellis (Polly) and Jennie Sheehan; her daughter-in-law Sandra Ellis; and her grandchildren, John Ellis, Alicia Eubanks, Jennifer Sheehan and Alicia Kay Diaz. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren; and numerous other nieces, nephews, extended family, and loving friends.
