He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Hinkie, Sr. and Emily Louise Hinkie (Smelley); and his sister Mary Louise Madison. He is survived by: his wife Jerry Ann Hinkie; his sons, Raymond Todd Hinkie, William Henry Hinkie, III, Daniel Brandon and Timothy Bret Hinkie; his brother Timothy Ross Hinkie; and his grandchildren, Benjamin Reid Hinkie-McDonald (Mykel Ilyse Hinkie), Emily Christine Hinkie, Timothy David Hinkie, Amber Louise Hinkie and Anna Love Hinkie.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 9:00 AM and from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the First Baptist Church (408 Garner St, Frankston, TX 75763). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
