We bid farewell to Charles Burg of Fredericksburg, Texas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 11, 2025 at the age of 85. Charles touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon J. Hartmann and Anita Emily Hartmann; his brother Henry J. Burg; and his brother-in-law Roger Weidenfeller. He is survived by: his children, Renee (Daniel Sechrist), Kirk Burg of Austin, Keylee Burg of San Antonio and Hutson Burg of Buda, Three; his granddaughters, Rebecca Lynn Sechrist of San Antonio and Abigail Faith Sechrist of College Station, Four; his siblings, Fred (Bernice Burg), Arlene Weidenfeller of Fredericksburg, Linda (Grant Metzger) and Floyd (Karla Burg); and his sister-in-law Brenda Burg of Stonewall, Numerous. He is also survived by Three stepchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in his memory to Mission de Candelilla, The Good Samaritan Center, Any FFA or 4-H programs, Golden Hub, or to the charity of your choice.
