He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Vernon, Zola Penick, Andrew and Beatrice Kaiser; and his son Remington Cole Rust.
He is survived by: his parents, Patti Kaiser and Barry Kaiser; his brother-in-law Sherman Durst; his stepmother Paula Kaiser (Wanda Griffin Kaiser); his sister Cassell; his siblings-in-law, Sean Heep, Rhonda Durst and Traci Griffin Coleman (John); his daughter-in-law Jamie Rose Ratliff Rust; his stepbrothers, Ira Babb (Patrycja) and Lucian Babb (Missy Ray); his children, Ransom Rust (Ashley) and Alli Riley (Adam); his grandchildren, Brooklyn, Sonny and Scout; and his sibling's children, Willa, Poppy, Otto and Judd Heep.
