He was predeceased by: his father Dayton F. Herber. He is survived by: his mother Evelyn Mazinke Herber; his siblings, Darren (Peggy Herber) and Dana (Bryan Moellering); his siblings-in-law, Quinten and Renee Moellering; his siblings, Brittni and Randy Thomison; his great-niece Amilia Moellering of Fredericksburg; and his aunts, Myrtle Mazinke and Ella Mae Herber.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church (9732 FM 1631 Rd, Fredericksburg, TX 78624). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to Friends of Gillespie County Country Schools, St. Paul Lutheran Church, Grace Women's Center, Willow City VFD, or to the charity of your choice.
