She was predeceased by: her husband Pete Jenkins; her parents, Verna Shangraw and Fred Shangraw Sr.; her siblings, Warren Shangraw, Fred Shangraw Jr. Welma Bruce and Shirley Farnham; and her son-in-law David John Otto.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Otto of Fredericksburg, Texas and Allen Jenkins (Peggy) of Tampa, Florida; and her grandchildren, Misti Sutton (Kevin) of Fredericksburg, Texas, Tracy Cockrell (Tom) of Fort Stockton, Texas, Danielle Gladbach (Brycen) of Raleigh and Lt. Jessica Jenkins of San Diego, California..
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Schaetter Funeral Home (301 E San Antonio St, Fredericksburg, TX 78624).
