He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd B. Harlow and Lynnia Harris Harlow; his daughters, Kimberly Harlow and Kelli Roberts; and his brothers, Burke and John Harlow.
He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Harlow of Fredericksburg; his daughter Gabby Hester (Jacob) of Pilot Knob; his grandchildren, Jaxon Hester, Weston Hester Deacon Hester and Tersla Roberts; his great grandchildren, Bentley Roberts and Kodah Roberts; and his sisters, Genelle Massey and Martha Tom.
Memorial contributions in his memory may be made to Tunnels 2 Towers Foundation or the charity of one's choice.
