With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joye Porter Colley of Fredericksburg, Texas, born in Denison, Texas, who passed away on January 27, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Basil White and Neoma Sanders White; her children, David Porter and Deborah Magee; her son-in-law Ronald Baustian; and her sister Jackie Mae Bishop.
She is survived by: her husband Gene Colley of Fredericksburg; her daughters, Donna Strickland (Jim), Darla Baustian and Sherry Hewitt (Bill); and her siblings, June Holliday and Jimmy White. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren.
Memorial donations in her memory may be made to The Mom Center of Fredericksburg or the charity of one's choice.
