Linda Heckman Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 4, 2025, at the age of 81, Linda Heckman of Fredericksburg, Texas passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Linda Heckman to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elgie Rudder and Thelma Rudder. She is survived by: her husband Louis Heckman; her pet Charlie; her son Tracy Heckman (Libby); her grandsons, Bryce Heckman (Vanessa), Cole Heckman (Danielle) and Blake Heckman (Priscilla); her great grandchild Todd Heckman (Karen); her siblings, Bobby Rudder (Anita) and Glenda McCullough; and also, Tyler Heckman (Kasside), Ashlyn Scaggs (Luke), Gabriella Heckman, Anna Grace Heckman, Hailee Heckman, Ally Heckman and Jett Scaggs. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (1407 E Main St, Fredericksburg, TX 78624). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Citizen's Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Samaritan's Purse or Texas on Missions for the Texas Hill Country July 4th flood victims.
