He is survived by : his wife Charlene "Charlie" Carter of Fredericksburg, Texas.; his children, Jeremy Carter (Melanie) of Fredericksburg, Texas., Angela Compton (Marcus Compton) of Doss, Texas., Brandon Carter of Fredericksburg and Thomas Jobe (Chelle) of Yreka, California.; his grandchildren, Brittani Polk (Chad), Tavish Chenault (Alexus), Madyson Carter, Triniti Chenault, Bailey Shoemaker (Zane), Sierra Carter, Tatum Chenault, Danika Carter, Skyler Carter, Hayden Carter and Sadie Carter; his great grandchildren, Caleb, Kaelynn, Elijah, Kylan, Karli, Hazley, Jaxon, Callie, Saylor, Miller and Waylon; his siblings, Laurie Carter, Patrick Carter and Glenn Carter; his son Robert Fritz; and his daughter-in-law Kristin Carter. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
