He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Rose and Clara Rose (Schulze); and his wife Helen Hartman Rose. He is survived by: his children, David Rose (Gail) of Llano, Texas and Melissa Rose of The Colonies, Texas; his grandchildren, Dana Pocasangre (Oscar) of Llano and Trent Rose (Maddie) of Denver, Colorado; his great grandchildren, Eli Pocasangre, Adeline Pocasangre and Declan Rose; his brother Rev. Clarence Rose of Fredericksburg, Texas; and his sibling's children, Mark Rose and Ruth Rose.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cook-Walden Capital Parks Cemetery (14501 N Interstate Hwy 35, Pflugerville, TX 78660). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
