He is survived by : his sons, Tim and Ron; his niece Debbie; his wife Peggy Jean Michalk of Fredericksburg, TX.; his children, Renee Simmons (Dayton) of Georgetown, TX, Dwight Michalk (Cheryl) of Friendswood, TX, Timothy Michalk (Sherry) of Conroe, TX and Ronald Michalk of Portland; and his nieces, Deborah Key (Darrell) of Union City and Connie Beale (Curt) of Ruidoso, NM..
