He is survived by: his daughter Anna Lou Huerta (Guadalupe) of Kingsville; his grandsons, Javier and John Carlo Huerta; his daughter Liza Torres of Corpus Christi; his grandsons, Chris and Alexander Torres; his siblings, Antonio Lichtenberger (Melinda) of Freer, Texas and Felipita; and his sister-in-law Linda Lichtenberger of Corpus Christi, Texas..
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Garza Funeral Home (4571 S Farm to Market 1329, San Diego, TX 78384). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (1500 S Duval Ave, Freer, TX 78357). A burial will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at the Lopez Cemetery.
