He is survived by : his children, Mary Lou, Mike Hicks (Frank Jr.), Stacey Rae (Linda Renee) and Jerry Mathews; his grandchildren, Kevin Christopher (Lea Beth) and Makenzie Rae (Mathew Spell); his great grandchild Hayden Noah Spell; and his sisters-in-law, Ann Cooper and Barbara Cooper. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
