We are sad to announce that on June 30, 2021, at the age of 84, Jane Houlette of Friona, Texas, born in Bailey, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Charlie Phipps and Dora Phipps; her husband Dale; and her siblings, Spurgeon of Mayo, E. G., Virgil Phipps, Mildred Phipps Williams and Mary Phipps Bandy.
She is survived by : her children, Chris and Robin (Creech Richardson) of Wichita Falls; and her sisters, Daisy Phipps Beversdorf, June Phipps Collier and Geraldine Phipps Ferguson (Kenneth) of Burleson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
