He is survived by: his father Alan Van Brocklen; his wife Jennifer Harp; his siblings, Eric Hawkins, Rick Tuziski, Jodi Tuzinski and Brenda Roettger; his daughters, Nicole Mott, Kaytlyn Van Brocklen-Gilmore, Cheyenne Van Brocklen and Sevan Van Brocklen; his sons-in-law, Joseph Mott and Cory Van Brocklen-Gilmore; his sister Tracy Tuzinski; and his mother Judy Van Brocklen (Jennifer Brown). He is also survived by grandchildren.
