It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Albert J. Sodolak (Frydek, Texas), born in Sealy, Texas, who passed away on December 31, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Sodolak and Julia Sodolak; his siblings, Mary Eder (Marion), Lillie Manna (Joe), Ludwig J. Sodolak, Sr. (Loretta) and Charlie Sodolak; his father-in-law Willie; and his brother-in-law Bennie Kutra, Sr..

He is survived by : his wife Doris Kutra Sodolak; his children, Brian Sodolak (Diane) and Laura Thaxton (Richard); his grandchildren, Trey, Taylor Bartholomaus, Danielle and Dylan Thaxton; and his siblings-in-law, Willie Kutra (Deloris), Helen Mele and Vernell Kutra. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Albert's name to St. Mary's Catholic Church, 10471 Grotto Rd, Sealy, TX 77474.
