He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvia Anthony and Edward Anthony; his brother Glenn Anthony; and his granddaughter Catherine Anthony. He is survived by: his wife Ann Anthony; his daughter Crystal Anthony; his sister Sharon Anthony Sharp; and his sibling's children, Erika Torres, Sheree Weiss, Brittany Stockstill and David Callahan Jr.. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
