He was predeceased by : his parents, Castulo Vasquez and Juana Gomez Vasquez (Gomez); and his siblings, Castulo Vasquez, Jr. (Elizabeth), Juan Vasquez (Chela), Roberto Vasquez, Leonel Vasquez, Rene Vasquez, Noe Vasquez, Minera Mora and Natalie Martin (Ralph).

He is survived by : his wife Maria Espinosa Vasquez; his sons, Luis Carlos Vasquez Jr., Marco Antonio Vasquez and Juan Alfonso Vasquez; his grandchildren, Daniel Vasquez, Bryan Bostick, Sara Vasquez and Amarice Vasquez (Reecie); his great grandchild Milton Anthony Escobedo; his sisters, Mavi Torres (Mero) and Norma Vasquez; and his sisters-in-law, Gloria Vasquez, Nellie Vasquez and Linda Vasquez. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
