It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carl Edward Kelly (Galveston, Texas), who passed away on July 31, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, James Kelley and Annie Kelley.

He also served on the Texas State Bar Grievance Board as well as the Galveston Historical Foundation Board of Directors, the City of Galveston Charter Review Committee, the BPA Housing Development Corporation Board and the 1894 Grand Opera House.
