It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Hoskins Softly of Galveston, Texas, who passed away on December 6, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brother Robert Hoskins (Gerald Hoskins); and her nephew Anthony Malveaux. She is survived by: her sister Jeanette Malveaux (Andrew); her sisters-in-law, Billie Hoskins of Galveston and Laverne Hoskins of Dickinson; her cousins, Brenda Nicholson Foster, Curtis Nicholson, Jr. and Cynthia Nicholson of Houston; and her son Rev. Jerome Stinson.
