He is survived by : his wife Carolyn Semont; his children, Kimberly Semont, Michele Mouton, Andrea Brown, Essence Phillips, Isaac D. Semont, Terrence Toliver (Sandra), Derrick Muhammad and William Anderson, Jr. (Pamela); and his grandchildren, Andrea Motley, Tyler Semont and JuJuan Mouton. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
